Unikum.lv has developed the Terms and Conditions to inform you, the Customer, who uses or wishes to use our Services and purchase the Products offered by us, about the terms of use of our Services.

The Terms describe the conditions under which we maintain and operate the Website, the terms of the remote service and delivery agreement, the terms of purchase and return of the Products we offer, as well as other information related to the Service provided by Unikum.lv and the Products offered.

* Competent authority – state or local body, where the Client can apply for protection of his rights

*Service(s) – any activity performed by Unikum.lv within the framework of our business, including to offer Products and/or Client, to enforce the Contract, as well as to create and maintain a Profile

*Personal data – personal data of the Client and other information necessary to provide the Services and for other purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy and provided directly or indirectly to us by the Client

*Unikum.lv is a cooperation partner that provides delivery of goods ordered by you.

*Privacy Policy – Privacy Policy developed by Unikum.lv, which sets out terms and conditions for processing of Personal Data

*Product(s) – facial and body care products and bioactive products offered at Unikum.lv and the Website

*Profile – customer profile created on the Website

* Third party – any person or entity involved in providing the Service to the Customer (for example, postal service providers).

2. Unikum.lv PRODUCTS

We offer face and body care products as well as bioactive Products, which you can purchase in the Products section of the Website. You can view and order an assortment, quantity, weight and size of Products in the applicable Products section of the Website.

The images of the Products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only, and the package color of the Product you receive may vary from that shown on the Website.

The information and content of the Site, including but not limited to Products and their names, trademarks, logos, graphics, images, videos and sound recordings are the property of Unikum.lv or our business partners and are protected by laws governing the use of intellectual property, copyrights and trademarks. Use of Unikum.lv trademark is not allowed without a written permission of Unikum.lv.

Creating a customer profile is not a prerequisite for purchasing Unikum.lv Products, but it can make your shopping experience more convenient and enjoyable.

3. ONLINE REGISTRATION

In order to make it easier for you to buy the Products offered by Unikum.lv on the Site, you can register on the Site, create your Profile and save your delivery address and payment information about the Products. The profile will be used as a communication channel between you and Unikum.lv for the purpose of concluding a remote agreement for the purchase of Products in accordance with the Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

An email address is required to create a profile, and a login password must be created to protect the profile from unauthorized access. Unikum.lv reserves the right to block or deny access to the Profile at any time, if it suspects a violation of these Terms and Conditions or unauthorized access to the Profile. If you suspect that your Profile password has become available to third parties, you can change your Profile password or ask us to block access to your Profile and provide you with a new password. To exercise these rights Unikum.lv may ask you to provide information confirming your identity and status as the owner of a particular Profile.

4. GROCERY SHOPPING

The purchase of Products and the conclusion of the Contract is made on the website of Unikum.lv. It is not permitted to purchase products for resale or for other business purposes.

During the ordering process Unikum.lv gives you the opportunity to review and change the Products and/or quantity of Products that you want to buy. Before placing your order, please check the quantity, weight and dimensions of each Goods you select to place an order that meets your requirements.

You can pay for the Products in the following ways:

by bank transfer;

Using Pay Pal

From the moment you confirm your order by clicking on “[Apstiprināt pirkumu/ Apstiprināt pasūtījumu]”, you agree to purchase and pay for the Products of your choice, as well as the delivery of the Products.

If you have paid by payment card, you will receive a confirmation from Unikum.lv that your order has been received and is being processed, as well as an invoice. If the payment has been made by bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation from Unikum.lv that your order has been received. After the transfer you will receive a confirmation from Unikum.lv that the purchase has been made and is being processed.

5. PRICING POLICY

All Product prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT and/or other applicable taxes and duties. In addition to the Product price listed on the Website, shipping charges may apply.

The shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping address and shipping method you specified for the Product. Shipping costs are calculated and quoted before you confirm your order and pay for it. If shipping costs cannot be accurately calculated before you place your order, we will let you know.

Payment for goods and delivery costs can be made on the site by payment card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron) or by bank transfer to the account number of Vertebra Ltd, specified in the confirmation sent by Unikum.lv to your e-mail address after processing your order.

The confirmation letter is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

Delivery within 3-14 business days.

6. PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We process your Personal Information to provide our Services, including maintaining your Profile, and to enter into and perform a Contract. Information about Unikum.lv personal data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy.

7. RIGHT TO REVIEW

You have the right to refuse Product(s) within 14 days without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the date we delivered the Product to the delivery address listed on the order (if the Products are delivered separately, the period begins on the delivery date of the last Product).

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us a notice of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal by letter or e-mail (the contact information of Unikum.lv is specified in clause 9 of the Terms). To comply with the right of revocation, it is sufficient to send notice of the exercise of the right of revocation prior to the expiration of the right of revocation.

Please note that you will not be able to exercise this right of withdrawal if you have opened the package of a Product that is not returnable for hygiene reasons.

If you cancel the Product(s) you have received, we will refund any payments we receive from you for the Product(s) you return. The transfer will be made to the bank account from which the payment for the Products was made, without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You must ship the Products to Vertebra Ltd at the address specified in Terms and Conditions 9 without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to reject the Products. Couple. Please note that you will have to pay the direct cost of returning the item.

Unikum,lv reserves the right not to refund money until we receive the item back.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

8. UNIKUM.LV RIGHTS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND OTHER ISSUES

Unikum.lv reserves the right to stop providing the Services to the Client at any time if it reasonably suspects or has evidence that the Client has violated or is violating the Terms.

Unikum.lv is not responsible for non-performance of the Agreement or failure to provide the Service due to circumstances and obstacles beyond our reasonable control and force majeure.

Any disputes, disagreements or misunderstandings regarding the Contract and/or the Services shall be resolved by the Customer and the Customer through mutual negotiations. If the above disagreement cannot be resolved by negotiation, you may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction or to the Competent Authority.

We may make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting them on the Website. Any version of the Terms published on the Website supersedes all previous versions of the Terms and becomes effective immediately upon publication on the Website.
